EasyCC is a prerelease product and is not at the level of performance or compatibility of a final, generally available product offering. The EasyCC System may not operate correctly and may be substantially modified prior to first commercial availability, or may be withdrawn. EasyCC is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. The entire risk arising out of the use or performance of EasyCC remains with User. In no event shall EasyCC be liable for any damage whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use EasyCC, even if EasyCC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Upon the completion of the Beta testing period, the User may choose whether to continue to subscribe to the Video System. At the completion of the Beta testing period, the User will remain subscribed to the Video System.
