1. Both Live and Video captioning utilities require MSXML. Most machine already have this installed, but if not, you can install it HERE

2. Video captioning utility also requires MSwinsck.ocx. This is sometimes difficult to get registered on Vista. If you receive an OCX runtime error on Vista, check out these instructions.

3. Uploading to Youtube, depends on the Youtube API, which sometimes is unavailable. There is nothing we can do about this, you just need to keep trying until it works.
