Perform planned preventative maintenance in guest rooms( CARE, RPM, GCPM ), meeting rooms, and/ or public infinites as required, including flip-flop/ inspecting mattresses, box springs and making plot encloses, vacuum-clean behind and underneath furniture, recognize cleaning carpets and upholstery, dusting, touch-up painting, touch-up furniture ensuring that all required hardware and gadgets are present in the area and in working order, supplanting glowing fixtures, and inspecting and amending grout and caulking. Maintain, reparation and cleanse all guest rooms in accordance with the quality chamber preventative maintenance procedures and rule guidelines.
