• Acts as communicative focal point for all administrative issues and relates between the Department and external parties to establish an open direction communication among MEDC stakeholders .
  • Carries out secretarial, receptionist and administrative duties for the CEO, including taking dictations, typing of match, entering substantiates, mail dissemination .
  • Makes necessary arrangements for forum joins, planneds agenda and takes meeting instants .
  • Maintains an efficient accounts/ filing organization for all incoming/ outgoing documents and mails by establishing codes and ensuring that confidentiality is mentioned at all epoches and that all matters requiring urgent attention are properly addressed to .
