As our Administrative Clerk, your responsibilities will include creating and updating registers, retrieving report from documents and daily filing of documents issued for the Central Registry area. As such, you will ensure that documents are replica as required, and implement annals handling on a large volume of institutional folders. In this role, you may event frequent stoppages, and will be responsible for a high loudnes of act, including multiple demands and priorities.
You will be relied on to input information into the computer system, kind requisitions and re-examine, register and process documents. The boxing of registers and preparation of shelf directories is also part of this capacity.
